Human Resources (HR) Duties:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents for new hires. Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the organization. Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations. Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues in adherence to company policies and local regulations. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Administer employee benefits and manage payroll-related tasks in coordination with the finance department. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices.
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies procurement, vendor management, and maintenance of office equipment. Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees and guests. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and agenda preparation. Support the management in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Maintain a safe and secure working environment by implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures. Oversee office facilities and resolve any facility-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both HR and administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
